A 50% security deposit is due upon booking. This is non refundable but transferable.

Final payment is due 7 days prior to your event date. If the remaining balance is not received by the deadline, your event may be canceled and your non-refundable retainer will be forfeited.

A damage deposit is a refundable fee returned after inspection of rental equipment. We simply check all our items after each sleepover to ensure everything is in working order and safe for the next event. If there is anything missing or broken at the end of the party, the cost for replacement will come out of the deposit and/or additional fees may be incurred.

All rental items including tents, trays, decor, spa equipment and party materials are property of Pop-Up Parties & Sleepovers and will be collected after your event. Only disposable or specifically noted take-home items may be kept.

We will confirm the guest count about 7 days prior to your party date. If you have a guest cancel prior to confirmation you may be refunded. In the event that you have a guest cancel after confirmation, there is no refund.

Submit a party inquiry from through our website with your event details. Once your date is confirmed as available, you will receive a proposal including your contract and invoice. A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

Most teepee party setups take approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the number of tents and design details.

Teepee sleepover party package guests will need to bring a head pillow for sleeping. Head pillows are not provided. The pillows provided are for decoration only.

All items are wiped down and sanitized. The bedding is washed thoroughly between each use to ensure they are ready for the next party. (Decorative pillows, stuffed animals, and other items are disinfected or wiped down and lint rolled)
