FAQs
A damage deposit is a refundable fee returned after inspection of rental equipment. We simply check all our items after each sleepover to ensure everything is in working order and safe for the next event. If there is anything missing or broken at the end of the party, the cost for replacement will come out of the deposit and/or additional fees may be incurred.
Submit a party inquiry from through our website with your event details. Once your date is confirmed as available, you will receive a proposal including your contract and invoice. A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
